I made an online enquiry about the removal of a sofa and large table and chairs from my second floor flat - lots of steep stairs and tight corners - and within a few minutes, having shared photos of the items, I had been given a quote. Delivery was less than 48 hours later. The two men who collected the furniture were polite, efficient and considering the level of difficulty involved, very speedy. I would certainly use them again and have already passed on a recommendation to a friend looking for a similar service. Reasonably priced too.

Absolutely brilliant service from Local Waste Removal! I messaged them at around 6pm yesterday asking about having a large corner sofa removed, and by 4pm today it was gone, less than 24 hours later! Really reasonably priced, incredibly quick to respond and the guys who came to collect it were so pleasant and friendly. Everything was completely hassle free from start to finish. After struggling to find someone to take the sofa away, I’m so glad I found these guys. Would 100% recommend and will definitely use them again if I ever need anything removed. Thank you! ☺️

I was really pleased with the service from Local Waste Removal. I arranged the rubbish collection through WhatsApp, which was really easy and straightforward. They came on the day agreed and collected a large amount of rubbish, as you can see from the photo. The price was very reasonable for the amount they took away, and the whole process was hassle-free. This is the best rubbish collection in Birmingham. Honestly I was struggling with my big sofa and mattress removal during house changing process. Then I contacted them and they immediately helped me with the removal. All the other rubbish collection team didn't give the appointment immediately. The driver and the other helping person both are so kind and very fast at work . So happy with their work.The price is so honest and affordable. Thank you so much .

Local waste in Birmingham excellent. My mum had gone in a care needed to clear flat. I rang got given a date and time that suited. They rang 15 minutes before they came so could drive to mum flat . Very reasonable, would definitely recommend have saved and would definitely use in the future.

Ryan and the team were brilliant from start to finish. We had a really challenging situation with a large amount of waste and an overfilled garage that had clearly been left for a long time. They didn’t flinch — just got stuck in and handled it professionally and efficiently. Communication was excellent throughout, with clear updates and a really responsive approach, which made a stressful situation much easier to manage. They worked quickly, left everything cleared properly, and provided all the right documentation, which was important for us as landlords dealing with a council notice. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend — reliable, hardworking and easy to deal with 👍

I would highly recommend Ryan and his team. They are fast, courteous and so easy to deal with. From the initial message I had a fast response with a fair price. He gave me a time frame to collect and stuck to it. Ryan messaged when he was on his way as well. So glad I found these guys online. They were friendly via text and responded very quickly. Agreed a price and time for the same day collection of old sofas. Happy with the price and great communication. Given the bad road conditions with the snow, they got to me quickly and cleared out the furniture fast. Helped by dismantling part of the sofa and directing traffic on my street which made their work difficult. Saved their contact and will 100% recommend to anyone. Cheers guys !

I would usually use the tip but with the continuing disputes and limited access really couldn’t be doing with it this time😐! So I hired WMWR and they done exactly what it said on the tin! No fuss, got a quote before hand by sending a video and easy to deal with. Good, fast, reliable service. They were able to squeeze me in the next day. I was busy so they offered to collect whilst I was away if I could leave the rubbish accessible in the front garden and allowed me to pay by bank transfer afterwards. I highly recommend Ryan and his team! My heavy old aquarium in a wooden cabinet was quickly delt with and removed fuss free from my dining room. They had to first move a 5ft dresser to gain access to the aquarium, which was done quickly, but carefully. They carried the aquarium and cabinet out through the patio doors into the back garden, along a garden path, to their waiting van, then Ryan came back and put my heavy dresser in place against the dining room wall. I couldn't have been happier how well everything went and give Ryan and his team the 5 stars they deserve! Thank you, Ryan!
