You're not just paying for someone to turn up and take your rubbish. Every bulky waste removal job includes a fully uniformed two-person team who handle every bit of the labour—no expecting you to drag that wardrobe downstairs or dismantle bed frames. We navigate tight stairwells, awkward doorways, and those Victorian terrace hallways that seem to shrink when you're carrying furniture.
Once we've loaded everything onto our vehicle, we sweep the area and leave it tidy. You'll receive a waste transfer note as proof of legal disposal—essential documentation that protects you under your duty of care. As a licensed waste carrier registered with the Environment Agency, we sort everything at our facility: up to 90% gets recycled or sent for reuse, with usable items offered to local charities before anything reaches landfill.
We handle:
- Sofas, armchairs, dining sets, wardrobes, beds and mattresses
- White goods (fridges, washing machines, cookers, dishwashers)
- Carpets, curtains, mirrors, and home furnishings
- Garden furniture, sheds (dismantled), lawnmowers, BBQs
- Office furniture, filing cabinets, desks, IT equipment (WEEE disposal compliant)
- DIY waste, timber, plasterboard, bathroom suites (non-hazardous only)
We cannot take: asbestos, gas cylinders, chemicals, paints, oils, tyres, or medical waste. If you're unsure about an item, just ask when you call—we'd rather clarify upfront than arrive and have to leave something behind.
