When you book a bulky waste removal job, you get a complete collection and disposal service for one transparent fee. We supply the labour (two-person lift where needed), vehicle, and all equipment to safely load your items — whether that's a three-piece suite, cooker, mattress, or a pile of household goods. We remove everything from the room and take it away; there's no need for you to shift it to the kerbside beforehand.
We handle the paperwork too. You'll receive a waste transfer note, which documents that your bulky items have been disposed of legally and in line with Section 34 duty of care — a requirement that protects you from liability if waste ends up fly-tipped. If items need dismantling to fit the vehicle (for example, a bed frame), we do that on-site. We'll also sweep and tidy the area once collection is complete, so you're left with a clean space.
What we don't cover: structural work (like removing built-in wardrobes), hazardous waste (asbestos, gas bottles, or chemicals), or items so large they'd require specialist lifting equipment beyond standard two-man removal. If you're unsure whether an item qualifies, describe it when you call and we'll confirm.
