Our service isn't just about throwing items in a van. You get a uniformed two-person team who arrive within your agreed time slot – we'll text you an ETA 30 minutes beforehand so you're not trapped indoors guessing. They handle all the lifting, loading, and physical work. If your garden waste is buried under other clutter or tucked behind a shed, they'll navigate it. Once loaded, they'll sweep the area where items stood, leaving you with clean ground rather than a debris trail.
Every job comes with full duty of care documentation. You'll receive a waste transfer note proving your garden waste has been disposed of legally – essential if you're a landlord clearing a rental property or a business managing commercial premises. We're licensed by the Environment Agency, insured for property access, and our vehicles meet Low Emission Zone standards for urban areas like King's Norton.
Garden waste we routinely collect:
- Grass cuttings, hedge trimmings, pruned branches, and weeds (bagged or loose)
- Turf, topsoil, rubble from garden construction, and paving slabs
- Broken fence panels, shed timber, decking, and trellis structures
- Garden furniture (wooden, metal, or plastic – even if weathered or broken)
- Plant pots, compost bags, empty chemical containers (rinsed), and garden tools
- Mixed garden/household waste from clearances – we'll sort it for recycling
Items we cannot accept under our licence: asbestos sheeting (including old shed roofs), gas bottles, pesticides/herbicides in original containers, oil-based paints, creosote-treated sleepers, and tyres. If you're unsure about an item – particularly building materials from older structures – just ask when you call 07751 979473. We'll advise on legal disposal routes.
