When you book junk removal, you're paying for a complete door-to-door service. That means our team arrives with a vehicle, carries items from your home or business (including up stairs, down hallways, and through awkward spaces), loads everything onto the truck, and removes it to licensed waste facilities for sorting, recycling, or disposal. We don't charge extras for dismantling flat-pack furniture, moving items through tight doorways, or sweeping the floor afterwards.
What we do exclude: asbestos, hazardous chemicals, gas cylinders, and items requiring specialist handling—mainly for safety and legal reasons. We also can't remove anything still attached to the building (fitted kitchens, plumbing). For almost everything else—sofas, mattresses, garden waste, old electrical goods, rubble from minor DIY work—one fixed fee covers the lot. You get a waste transfer note (your proof that waste was disposed of legally), and we handle the compliance side so you don't have to worry about duty of care obligations.
