Office clearance covers the full labour cost of removing furniture, equipment, and general waste from your workspace—desks, chairs, filing cabinets, printers, servers, networking kit, cardboard, polystyrene, and broken office items. We dismantle and remove everything: we'll unscrew monitors from stands, break down flat-pack shelving, and disconnect cables. We sweep and tidy the space afterwards so you can hand it over clean to the next tenant or repurpose it immediately.
We load everything into our vehicle and take it to the appropriate disposal facilities. If you have confidential waste—old contracts, invoices, or documents with client data—we can arrange GDPR-compliant shredding or destruction. IT equipment (monitors, keyboards, hard drives) goes through WEEE-certified recycling, and we'll provide a Cyber Essentials destruction certificate if you've removed data-bearing devices. You get a Section 34 waste transfer note confirming we've met our duty of care for every item removed.
Edge cases: if your office is upstairs with no lift, we factor in extra time and labour—that's included. If you have asbestos or hazardous materials, we'll advise you to notify us upfront so we can refer you to a specialist; we don't remove those items ourselves.
