One fixed fee covers the full job. Our team arrives with a van, removes all furniture (desks, chairs, filing cabinets, bookcases), breaks down partitions if needed, and sweeps and tidies the space when done. We handle stairs, narrow doorways, and multi-floor offices—no hidden charges for access. Any IT equipment, printers, and cabling come out with the furniture.
We dispose of everything responsibly: office furniture goes to reuse or recycling; confidential paper and old files are shredded on-site or at our secure facility (GDPR-compliant); WEEE-regulated IT gear is processed via a licensed take-back partner so you're never exposed to data-breach risk. You get a waste transfer note (Section 34 duty of care paperwork) for your records—essential if an auditor or landlord asks. We don't charge extra for partial dismantling (taking apart flat-pack units), but large structural work (removing built-in kitchens or false ceilings) falls outside scope and needs a separate quote.
