A single office clearance fee covers labour, equipment hire, and disposal of everything you've listed. We arrive with a team and suitable vehicles, dismantle desks and partition walls if required, remove chairs, tables, filing cabinets, and general office waste, and load it all for transport. We sweep and tidy the space once the work is done, so you hand back a clean room.
What's often not included without agreement: stairs or multiple floors without a goods lift — we can do it, but it takes longer. Hazardous waste (asbestos, fluorescent tubes, batteries) requires separate licensing and disposal routes. Confidential documents need shredding, which we can arrange as a GDPR-compliant process, but it's a separate service cost. We provide a waste transfer note for all materials we take, confirming duty of care under Section 34 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990. Any salvageable IT equipment or furniture is logged separately — some items may have asset recovery value, which we'll highlight before we start.
