1. Contact and brief description:Ring or message with details of what you have—rough quantity, type (ferrous, non-ferrous, copper, aluminium, lead scrap, or mixed), and location. We'll give you an upfront idea of whether same-day or scheduled is best.
2. Booking and ETA:Confirm a date and time window. If it's same-day, we'll usually arrive within 2–4 hours depending on our schedule; scheduled appointments are typically within 3–5 working days.
3. On-site inspection:Our team assesses what's there, checks access (stairs, locks, tight spaces), and confirms whether any dismantling is needed.
4. Load and haul:We load the scrap into our licensed vehicle using appropriate equipment. No damage to your property, and we'll clear any spillage.

Same-day works best if you're clearing a one-off job (shed, old fence, car parts) and you're home and ready. We usually have same-day slots if you call before 2 p.m. on a weekday, though availability depends on our schedule that day.
