You book the appointment; we handle absolutely everything else. Our uniformed team arrives with all loading equipment, dismantles shelving if needed, lifts and carries every item—from that ancient chest freezer to bin bags of garden waste—and sweeps the space clean before we leave. This isn't a man-and-van operation where you're expected to drag everything to the kerb.
Every clearance includes your legal waste transfer note and full documentation proving duty of care compliance with Environment Agency regulations. We're licensed waste carriers, which matters more than most people realise: using an unlicensed operator puts you personally liable for illegal dumping fines that can reach £50,000. You'll receive proof that your waste reached authorised recycling centres and processing facilities, not a layby in the countryside.
We take practically everything you'd find in a typical shed:
- Garden furniture, tools, lawnmowers, barbecues, plant pots
- White goods including washing machines, tumble dryers, fridges, freezers (WEEE-registered disposal)
- Household furniture—sofas, wardrobes, beds, mattresses, dining sets
- Bulky waste, carpets, toys, exercise equipment, bicycles
- DIY materials, timber off-cuts, paving slabs, doors, kitchen units (non-hazardous only)
- Electrical items, electronics, office furniture, filing cabinets
- General household rubbish and bagged waste
We cannot accept: asbestos or materials suspected to contain it, gas bottles or cylinders, industrial chemicals, toxic substances, medical waste, or hazardous materials. If you're unsure about specific items from renovation work, just ask when you call—we'd rather clarify upfront than discover problematic waste on the day.
