Our process is straightforward and takes the guesswork out of garden outbuilding removal. Here's what happens from your first call to completion:
- BookingYou ring or message with photos and a brief description of the shed — size, what's inside, whether it's wooden or metal. We'll give you a quote and find a slot that suits your calendar.
- Confirmation and ETAA few days before your appointment, you'll get a text with the time window and the name of the crew. We aim for punctuality; if we're running late, you'll know.
- Arrival and site surveyThe team will do a quick walk-round, confirm what's being removed (shed contents, the structure itself, any concrete base if you've asked), and clarify any last-minute questions about access or hidden items.
- On-site workEverything inside the shed comes out first — sorted for recycling, waste, or saleable items. The shed itself is then dismantled carefully, with timber, metal, and felt separated. Asbestos-suspect materials are handled per regulations.
- Waste transfer and paperworkAll waste is taken directly to licensed facilities. You'll receive a waste transfer note itemising what's been removed and where it's gone.
- PaymentInvoice sent on completion; payment by bank transfer or card, your choice.
From initial contact to final removal typically takes one to three weeks for a standard residential shed clearance near you.
