A complete shed clearance service covers labour, equipment, and disposal as a single fee. We dismantle the shed (whether timber-framed, metal-clad, or a hybrid), remove all contents — from garden tools to old paint tins — and sweep the site clean so you're left with bare ground. We bring our own vehicle and lifting gear; you don't lift a finger.
Edge cases are handled explicitly. If your shed has a felt or asphalt roof, we remove and dispose of it separately (old roof felt is recyclable, but the process must be licensed). Any creosote-treated timber is segregated and sent to a specialist waste processor — we don't mix it with standard wood waste. Paint, pesticides, or other garden shed chemicals go to a hazardous-waste facility if needed. Sofas, old mattresses, or electrical items stored in the shed are removed under the same job; if they contain hazardous materials (like flame-retardant foams), we follow the correct disposal protocol. The site is left tidy, with a waste transfer note provided to you as proof of responsible disposal.
