When you book shed clearance with us, you're paying one fixed fee that covers labour, equipment hire, and disposal. Our team arrives, assesses what's inside, then dismantles and removes the contents. If your shed has a wooden frame, roof felt, asbestos-free insulation, or metal cladding, we strip and load it all. We haul every item to the vehicle, sort it into recyclable timber, general waste, and specialist streams (like creosote-treated wood, which has disposal restrictions under the Plant Protection Products Regulations), then take it to the licensed facility.
Edge cases we handle: if the shed is locked, we open it safely; if contents are piled high to the ceiling, we don't charge extra for the labour — it's one job, one price. We can dismantle internal shelving, remove roof felt separately (some people want to keep the frame; we adapt). We also provide a waste transfer note for your records, so you have proof of lawful disposal. What we don't include: if you want the shed frame itself kept or sold, that's a separate negotiation. If the ground is concrete or paved, we'll sweep it tidy; deep digging is outside scope.
