When you book a shed clearance service with us, a single fee covers everything: manual labour to remove all contents, dismantling of the shed structure (if you request it), sweeping and tidying the ground afterwards, and responsible disposal or recycling of every item. We bring our own equipment—hand tools, pallet trucks, and vehicle space—so you don't need to source anything.
Contents removal is comprehensive: garden tools, old furniture, broken plant pots, cardboard boxes, metal shelving, wooden pallets, and general household overflow all come out. If your shed roof has felt with bitumen or tar, we manage that as a separate material stream for safe disposal under waste regulations. We take what you leave—no cherry-picking. We'll also dismantle wooden or metal sheds on-site, breaking them down to components that can be recycled or safely skipped. If internal fittings like workbenches or built-in shelving exist, they come out too.
The only items we cannot take are asbestos-containing materials (roofing, pipe lagging) or contaminated soil; those need specialist contractors. If you've stored pesticides, creosote-treated timber, or old bottles of garden chemicals, tell us upfront—we follow Plant Protection Products Regs 2018 for disposal and won't handle unmarked or unknown liquids.
