Same-day collection is usually available if you call before midday, and next-day slots are straightforward to book. Because we are not waiting on a skip lorry and a permit, the lead time is normally a matter of hours rather than days. Larger clearances that need more than one van load are worth booking a few days ahead so we can allocate the right vehicle and crew.

Cannock covers a wide mix of property types, from town-centre flats and terraces with limited frontage to newer estates and semi-rural properties on the edge of Cannock Chase. Tell us when you book if access is tight, if there is a shared driveway, or if the collection is above ground-floor level, and we will send a vehicle that suits and allow the right amount of time. Where a van cannot get close, the crew will carry items out rather than leave the job.

We are a registered waste carrier, and everything collected goes to a licensed transfer station or recycling facility. Loads are sorted so that recoverable material is separated out instead of being tipped. Some items are handled under their own rules: fridges and freezers containing refrigerant gases, and electrical items generally, are dealt with under WEEE requirements. We cannot take asbestos, gas cylinders, wet paint, solvents, oils, or clinical waste, and will tell you who to contact if any of that turns up.

You receive a waste transfer note for every collection. Keep it: as the householder or business producing the waste, you have a legal duty of care to show it reached an authorised facility.
