One flat fee covers labour for two people, use of our van, furniture-handling equipment, and transportation to a licensed waste facility. We'll manoeuvre your sofa—whether it's a two-seater, leather sofa, fabric suite, or corner L-shape—from any room, through hallways, down stairs, and into the vehicle. If dismantling is needed to fit through doorways or to meet vehicle height limits, we do that at no extra cost.

The fee also includes a waste transfer note and proof of responsible disposal. We don't charge extra for sweeping and tidying after removal, and we'll move lightweight items (cushions, throws) to a safe spot if you ask. What's not included: removal of items bolted to walls, hazardous waste, or sofas so badly damaged or infested that they're a public health risk—in those cases, we'll advise you upfront.
